I'm wearing my Cuffs, but my HUD says I'm not

This is most likely an SL sync issue.

Try the following till it works.

• Detach your Cuffs, and rez a new set from the HUD, one or two at a time
• Restart your HUD and try again. HUD Menu > HELP > restart
• Get a new HUD and try again. Or HUD Menu > HELP > new HUD
