I've paid but it hasn't arrived

HUD

There's no Collar or Cuffs or Gag in the Box, only an HUD!

I've looked all over and there's no HUD!

I've just worn my HUD for the first time and nothing happens

Setup

Setup just stalled midway and now nothing happens

During setup the Yellow Ball doesn't highlight red

During setup I crash every time I try to ctrl-drag the item into the Yellow Ball

Rezzing

One or two Cuffs always fail to rez
