If you’ve waited a while and the package still hasn’t arrived, check your L$ accounts to make sure that the vendor had not refunded you the money.
If you haven’t been refunded, you can get redelivery of a fresh HUD at the Update Switch. (If you bought this as a gift for someone, only that someone can use the Update Switch.)
If the Update Switch says that you don’t own the item, and you are sure you have not been refunded, please IM Lulu with your SL name (e.g. Jane Resident) and your purchase details.
