Anyone can join, to get support and the latest news:

• Click here and hit JOIN
• HUD Menu > HELP… > join group
• In SL, search the group for Lulu’s Designer Club (you need to type in full, otherwise it won’t show up!). Hit JOIN. You have to be adult-verified.

Just ask people in group chat.

Depending on the time of day and how many people are actually online, you may or may not get good answers. You can always try again later when there are more people around. You can also search the group for avies with the title LULU Fashionista, and IM them directly. They are volunteers, so be nice.
