On your **SL viewer**, go to **Preferences**.

Different viewers might have slightly different options. This is for Firestorm:

  - On the **Firestorm Menu > Avatar > Preferences**
  - Uncheck **[ ] Fly / land on holding up (jump)/down (crouch)**
