If you’ve waited a while and the package still hasn’t arrived, check your L$ accounts to make sure that the vendor had not refunded you the money.

If you haven’t been refunded, you can get [[redeliver|redelivery of a fresh HUD]] at the Update Switch. (If you bought this as a gift for someone, only **that someone** can use the Update Switch.)

If the Update Switch says that you don’t own the item, and you are sure you have not been refunded, please IM [[secondlife:///app/agent/c66c9da4-402c-4c65-9b40-d4d09f4be282/about|Lulu]] with your SL name (e.g. Jane Resident) and your purchase details.
